The warranty process on your new Evans Coghill home begins months before you move in and continues for a full year after closing. During the building process, we continually verify the work being done on your home with hundreds of Quality Assurance Check Points. Through this process, we are able to deliver consistent quality workmanship to you.

We will be making scheduled visits to your home throughout the year in the event you find warranty work is needed. Three months and eleven months after closing, we will schedule a time to meet in your home. We will review how the home is performing, arrange for any warranty needsand discuss any upcoming suggested maintenance items.

Some home builders choose to subcontract the warranty process on their homes.

We choose not to do this. Your home and your satisfaction is important to us. We have chosen to administer the entire warranty process ourselves. By doing this, we are able to personally see how the home is performing and address any issues directly. It is an Evans Coghill home and we intend to stand behind our product.
