GuildQuality is a web-based customer satisfaction surveying company for small to mid-sized homebuilders and remodelers. They offer independent surveying that helps remodelers, builders, developers, and home services companies deliver an exceptional experience. Homeowners are asked to give feedback on everything from the employees to the construction quality, budgeting to problem resolution.

As a selected GuildQuality member, Evans Coghill Homes relies on these surveys to help us deliver an exceptional home buying experience. We survey all of our homeowners during construction and after move in, and their feedback appears on the GuildQuality website. GuildQuality has surveyed Evans Coghill homeowners in Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Charlotte, and Davidson. Since we joined GuildQuality in April 2012, 96% of our homeowners surveyed said, “Yes, we would recommend Evans Coghill Homes to a friend.” Overall, we rank highest in adherence to schedule, expertise in home building, and ability to stay on budget. We consistently rank high for our construction quality (94%) and the workmanship of our trade partners (95%).
