It is one of the best events in Baxter Village and moms are not allowed. It is the Father Daughter Tea Party.

Every year on Fathers Day weekend, little girls put on their best Sunday dress. Dads and daughters take over Village Hall for an afternoon tea party. There is plenty of cookies, punch and giggles for everyone. The highlight might be the horse drawn carriage rides around the neighborhood.

isn’t it true, sometimes it is the simplier things in our lives that give us life?   I am glad we are part of a neighborhood that values traditions like this.
