We were honored earlier this year to be invited to be part of the builder guild at River Run in Davidson, NC. River Run has a long heritage as one of the first golf course communities in the Lake Norman area and has continued to grow since then.

Today, we are proud to now have our very first River Run Evans Coghill home owner as one of our homes has sold. The family recently moved into their new home on Dembridge Rd in River Run and will be enjoying this Christmas in Davidson. We knew River Run was a great neighborhood when we saw it.
