Evans Coghill Homes is proud to announce that we have garnered 2016’s Builder of the Year Award. This recognition comes from the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte as part of their Major Achievement in Market Excellence (MAME) Awards. The awards ceremony was held on Thursday, April 28th at the Ritz-Carlton Charlotte.
The Builder of the Year Award is given to the HBA Member who has displayed exemplary performance and a positive working attitude toward the trades, vendors and suppliers with which they work. It also recognizes innovation, market performance, financial results, and community involvement.
“Being recognized by our peers for making a significant and creative contribution in residential marketing is an important accomplishment for us,” said co-owner Alan Banks. “We are very proud of this achievement and our team of professionals who helped make it happen.”
Evans Coghill had a number of accomplishments this past year that helped to contribute to the Builder of the Year award, including implementation of a new management system, implementation of quality assurance inspections by co-owner Chris Folk, improvements to our Home Owner Orientation Tour, and the opening of our new model home in Riverwalk featuring many of the unique details and customization options available from Evans Coghill.
Brian Pace, NC Home Builders Association President, said “We celebrate the pinnacle Evans Coghill Homes has achieved this year being named Builder of the Year. Alan, Chris and their team continue to execute with excellence and represent so much of what is great about home building in Charlotte. Congratulations to them.”
Evans Coghill co-owner Alan Banks shared additional thoughts on this achievement, saying “My industry involvement has introduced me to many great home building companies in Charlotte. To be selected Builder of the Year from among all the many excellent competitors we have is quite an honor for us.”
