Riverwalk’s New Phase to Include Ranch Style Homes!

Master Bedroom on Main Level Homes, Riverwalk | By Evans Coghill Homes

We are so excited to be introducing the next phase at Riverwalk and the great opportunities available to choose your own homesite in this secluded phase!  Riverwalk has matured into a desirable destination neighborhood with a YMCA and restaurants within 1 mile of I-77.  It’s no wonder people want to live in this community!  No matter how well we try to anticipate the needs and desires of our prospective buyers, sometimes we still get caught out. For instance, we weren’t anticipating the large numbers of empty nesters searching for single story homes at Riverwalk. But, that’s what keeps us on our toes. And, lesson learned, we’re including a lot of ranch-style homes in the next phase!

The 1-story homes we’re building at Riverwalk will be under the $350s, and buyers will be able to choose their homesites and their home design. First up is The Riverbend model, a cozy home that comes in just under 2,000 sq ft. It’s an award-winning plan with an open concept that allows sunlight to come in from both sides of the home. And it has a kitchen that opens into the spacious living areas, along with a covered back porch that extends the visual size of the home. The master suite has a private bath, and a huge walk-in closet. Incredibly, this home also has a study, 2 additional bedrooms, and a 2-car garage all on one level.

And, of course, residents of Riverwalk get to enjoy all of its incredible amenities – like the 3-mile trail that is part of the greater Carolina Thread Trail system and the Rock Hill Outdoor Center. The master plan for Riverwalk includes a YMCA and athletic fields, Town Center, River District, and professional office space, all thoughtfully connected and complemented by pedestrian and cycle friendly streetscapes and trails.
